The role

As a Sales Agent in our Nordic Sales Back Office, your main focus will be B2C, but also supporting our B2B customers and our Account Managers for the Norwegian market. With a wide range of contacts, you will help ensure that we deliver a premium service for both internal and external customers. Your tasks will require focus on customer service, order handling, in- and outbound calls and mails as well as sales related administrative tasks. You can expect a thorough introduction to all relevant tasks.

Your profile

As you will be in daily contact with customers and colleagues from all levels in the Nordic organization, it is important that you are driven and have excellent communication skills in both English and Norwegian, verbally as well as in writing. Furthermore, you are able to cooperate cross-functionally and take responsibility for your tasks, that are executed professionally, with premium quality and on time.

You have experience from a similar role and knowledge from the business of domestic appliances is a clear advantage. You have an education relevant to administrative work and/or sales. You possess technical understanding, a thorough knowledge of SAP and are comfortable using Microsoft Office applications. You show initiative and will contribute positively to the team, both professionally and socially.
