Service Expert/Dispatcher Miele

The Position
As a Service Expert, you will play a key role in dispatching and planning within Service Business Support Nordics. You will work closely with our service technicians across Norway, as well as collaborate with colleagues across the Nordic region. The role also involves customer contact by phone.
Your main responsibility is planning and optimizing service visits. You will need to handle changes continuously and ensure high-quality delivery.
Your tasks will include:
Handling emails from internal stakeholders
Rescheduling in case of technician absence, including customer contact
Managing cancellations and optimizing the planning tool
Order follow-up, including urgent requests
Handling orders with errors
Planning revisit appointments
Planning workshop orders
Managing orders delayed due to spare parts
Reallocating spare parts between orders
Coordinating with Miele Service Partners
Maintaining setup in the planning system (geography and competencies)
Maintaining process documentation in the Knowledge Management System (KMS)
You will also contribute to other back-office tasks and collaborate closely with your Nordic colleagues.

You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across different functions and levels in the organization. You work in a structured way, take ownership of your tasks, and deliver with high quality.
We expect that you:
Have strong system understanding and learn quickly
Basic geographical knowledge of Norway
Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Are solution-oriented and able to handle a high workload
Work independently while also being a team player
Experience with SAP, planning tools, or route planning is an advantage, but not a requirement. You must be proficient in English, which is our corporate language.
